Inspection fees

For the purpose of section 39(3) of the Act —

(a)

the fee for the inspection of documents lodged shall be $5 for the documents of each insurer inspected; and

(b)

the fee for making a copy of the documents lodged shall be 20 cents for each copy made of each page of the documents.
