Section 71

The right of private defence of property conferred by section 105 of the Penal Code 1871 shall be deemed to extend to any mischief by fire or explosive committed on a railway engine, railway rolling stock or a motor vehicle in any security area, as it applies to mischief by fire committed on a building used as a human dwelling or as a place for the custody of property.
