20. Regulations
Feedback & supportThe Minister may make regulations for the purposes of carrying out the provisions of this Part or for the prescribing of anything which may be prescribed or is required to be prescribed under this Part.

“Minister” means —(a)except as provided in paragraph (b), the Minister charged with the responsibility for child welfare and protection; and(b)for the purposes of Part 4, the Minister charged with the responsibility for legal aid.
