Status of the United Nations

Subregulation 1

The United Nations set up by the Charter signed at San Francisco on 26 June 1945 is an organisation of which the Government and the governments of foreign sovereign Powers are members.

Subregulation 2

The United Nations has the legal capacity of a body corporate.
