6. Direction by Minister

The Minister may give to the Corporation any direction under section 5 of the Public Sector (Governance) Act 2018.

“Corporation” means the Jurong Town Corporation established under section 3;

The Corporation must furnish the Minister with such information with respect to its property and activities as the Minister may require.
