Section 3
(1)
A body called the Jurong Town Corporation is established.
(2)
The Corporation is a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal with power, subject to the provisions of this Act, to acquire, hold or dispose of property, both movable and immovable, to enter into contracts, to sue and be sued in its corporate name and to perform any other acts that bodies corporate may by law perform.
