Section 66
Unless otherwise expressly provided, every notice, order or document required or authorised by this Act or any rules or regulations made under this Act to be served on the owner of a flat, house or building sold under the provisions of this Act is deemed to be sufficiently served —
(a)
if the notice, order or document is delivered to the owner or is delivered at the flat, house or building to an adult member or servant of the owner’s family;
(b)
if it is sent to the owner by registered post at the owner’s flat, house or building (whether or not it has been received by the owner); or
(c)
if it is affixed to some conspicuous part of the owner’s flat, house or building.
