Amendment of section 44

Section 44 of the principal Ordinance is hereby amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “court” appearing in the sixth line thereof and substituting therefor the word “Board”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “a judge” appearing in the seventh line thereof and substituting therefor the words “the Commissioner”.
