Section 31

For the purposes of any investigation by an Investigation Committee, any hearing under section 25 or 27 by the Board or any appeal to the General Division of the High Court under section 28, the Investigation Committee or the Board (as the case may be) may appoint an advocate and solicitor and pay him or her such remuneration as the Board may determine.
