Regulation 30

The supervisor of an examination may refuse to allow a candidate to continue with the examination if the candidate has misconducted himself in relation to the examination.

Where the supervisor refuses to allow a candidate to continue with the examination under paragraph (1), the supervisor shall report the candidate and his reasons for the refusal to the Board.

If the Board is of the opinion that the conduct of the candidate during such examination warrants his exclusion from all subsequent examinations to be conducted by the Board for one year from the time the supervisor refused to allow the candidate to continue with the examination, the Board may exclude the candidate from those examinations during that year.
