Regulation 31

Any candidate who has received a notification from the Registrar advising him that he has failed in any subject at the examination may, within 2 weeks from the date of that notification, appeal to the Board to review his paper in that subject, and the Board shall, upon the receipt of a fee of $100 for each subject to be reviewed, allow such a review.

In the event the candidate succeeds in his appeal, the Board shall refund the fee paid to the candidate.
