21. Waiver of registration of statutory easements
Feedback & supportThe easements implied or created by this Act take effect and are enforceable without any memorial or notification on the folios of the subsidiary strata land-register and section 97(5) and (6) of the Land Titles Act 1993 does not apply to such easements.
