Clause 54
In the Road Traffic Act, in section 5B(1) —
(a)
replace “a mobility scooter or motorised wheelchair” with “or ride a mobility vehicle”; and
(b)
replace “the mobility scooter or motorised wheelchair” with “or riding the mobility vehicle”.
