Clause 96

In the Shared Mobility Enterprises (Control and Licensing) Act 2020, in section 2(1), replace the definitions of “mobility scooter” and “motorised wheelchair” and “mobility vehicle” with —“ “mobility vehicle” has the meaning given by section 2(1) of the Active Mobility Act 2017;”.
