Amendment of section 50

Section 50 of the Active Mobility Act 2017 is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “an authorised officer” in subsections (1), (2) and (3), the words “, an outsourced enforcement officer”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “Part 3” in subsection (1), “, 3A”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the words “the authorised officer” in subsections (1) and (3), the words “, outsourced enforcement officer”.
