Amendment of section 57
Section 57(1) of the Active Mobility Act 2017 is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “an authorised officer” in paragraph (a), the words “or outsourced enforcement officer”; and
(b)
by deleting paragraph (d) and substituting the following paragraph:“(d)the document is furnished, or the statement is made or the information is given, for or in connection with —
(i)
an application in connection with the registration of a registrable personal mobility device under Part 3A; or
(ii)
a question or request by the Authority, an authorised officer or outsourced enforcement officer, a police officer, public path warden or volunteer public path warden under this Act,”.
