Amendment of section 56
Section 56 of the Active Mobility Act 2017 is amended —
(a)
by deleting the word “or” at the end of subsection (1)(b);
(b)
by deleting the comma at the end of paragraph (c) of subsection (1) and substituting the word “; or”, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(d)an outsourced enforcement officer in uniform,”; and
(c)
by deleting the words “or volunteer public path warden” in subsection (2) and substituting the words “, volunteer public path warden or outsourced enforcement officer”.
