Continuing liability under this Part
Despite a person ceasing to be a candidate upon his or her withdrawal from the Part B Course or from sitting for the Part B Examinations in any session, or upon the conclusion of any session of the Part B Examinations —
that person, for a period of 12 months from the date he or she ceased to be a candidate —
continues to be subject to these Rules in respect of any misconduct that he or she may have committed while he or she was a candidate; and
is liable to be dealt with in accordance with this Part for the misconduct as if he or she were still a candidate; and
the Institute may withhold the issue of any certificate or document to that person until the matter has been determined and disposed of under this Part.
