Regulation 43

Upon application by any person who is unable to obtain any certificate or certificates mentioned in rule 42(7)(a), (b) or (d) by reason of the death or incapacity of the issuer mentioned in those provisions, if the Dean is of the opinion that the person has satisfactorily completed a period of practice training, the Dean may deem that the person has served that period of practice training period with diligence and issue a certificate for this purpose.
