Regulation 49

The Institute may, from time to time, issue guidelines for the purposes of Parts 5, 6 and 7.

The guidelines issued under paragraph (1) may explain or clarify, or provide examples or illustrations to explain or clarify, any requirement under the rules in those Parts.
