Regulation 6
Subregulation 1
The Chairperson may appoint any number of members of the Board of Directors to constitute a Board of Examiners for the Part B Examinations.
Subregulation 2
The Board of Examiners may —
(a)
appoint any person that it considers necessary to assist in the administration and conduct of the Part B Examinations;
(b)
determine the standards applicable to the Part B Examinations;
(c)
regulate the conduct of the Part B Examinations;
(d)
determine the times and the manner in which the Part B Examinations are to be conducted; and
(e)
do anything or make any decision on matters relating to the conduct of the Part B Examinations or the results of persons sitting for the Part B Examinations.
