Regulation 10
Subregulation 1
Subject to paragraph (2), the name of a law firm must not contain any words which are descriptive of the services provided by, or the areas of practice of, the law firm.
Subregulation 2
The words “A Law Firm” or “Advocates and Solicitors” may appear immediately after the name of a law firm.
