This Part applies to all Singapore law practices within a Singapore group practice.

Without prejudice to any other written law or rule of law, this Part governs —
(a)
the relationship between the Singapore law practices in a Singapore group practice; and
(b)
the dealings of those Singapore law practices with clients and other persons outside the Singapore group practice.
