Regulation 83

The Director of Legal Services may, on application by any Singapore law practice, Joint Law Venture, Formal Law Alliance, foreign law practice, representative office, solicitor or foreign lawyer and on payment of the appropriate fee specified in the First Schedule —
(a)
amend or issue a licence, certificate of approval or certificate of registration issued under Part IXA of the Act or under these Rules.
(b)
