Third-party publicity
Subject to the Act and these Rules —
(a)
a legal practitioner may allow the legal practitioner’s practice or the practice of the law practice of which the legal practitioner is a director, a partner or an employee; and
(b)
a law practice may allow its practice,to be publicised in, or in conjunction with, the publicity of any third party, whether or not the party is a client of the legal practitioner or law practice.
