Regulation 48

A legal practitioner may publicise the legal practitioner’s practice, or the practice of the law practice of which the legal practitioner is a director, a partner or an employee, in a country other than Singapore, and where the legal practitioner does so, rules 43 to 47 do not apply.

Where a legal practitioner publicises the law practice of which the legal practitioner is a director, a partner or an employee in a country other than Singapore, the legal practitioner must ensure that the publicity is not conducted in a manner that is contrary to the laws of that country.
