Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Limited Liability Partnerships (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 6 May 2026.
Amendment of First Schedule
In the Limited Liability Partnerships Regulations (Rg 1), in the First Schedule, replace item 3 with — “3.For application for reservation of proposed name of a limited liability partnership under section 23(1) of the Act$15”.
