26. Publication of name

Every general partner of a limited partnership must ensure that the invoices and official correspondence of the limited partnership bear the name and registration number of the limited partnership.

“general partner” means any partner of a firm who is not a limited partner as defined in this Act;
(2)
Any person who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000 and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $200 for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction.
