Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Limited Partnerships (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 6 May 2026.
Amendment of First Schedule
In the Limited Partnerships Regulations (Rg 1), in the First Schedule, replace item 6 with — “6.For application for reservation of proposed name of a limited partnership under section 17(1) of the Act$15”.
