Regulation 10
Proceedings of Board
Subregulation 1
At a meeting of the Liquor Appeal Board, 3 members form a quorum.
Subregulation 2
A question at a meeting of the Liquor Appeal Board must be decided by a majority of votes and, in the event of an equality of votes, the Chairperson has a casting vote.
Subregulation 3
The Secretary must keep minutes of all proceedings of the Liquor Appeal Board.
