7. Casual vacancy
Feedback & supportIf a member of the Liquor Appeal Board resigns or dies, or the member’s appointment is revoked or the member vacates his or her office before the expiry of the member’s term of office, another person may be appointed by the Minister for the unexpired period of the term of office.
