Any document to be lodged with, given to or served on the Minister under this Part in connection with an appeal under section 16D(5) or 16E(5) of the Act must be addressed to the “Appeals Secretary” and sent —
(a)
by email to MHA_PDD_RRP@mha.gov.sg; or
(b)
by registered post addressed to the MHA Policy Development Division (PDD), Ministry of Home Affairs, New Phoenix Park, 28 Irrawaddy Road, Singapore 329560.
