17. Irregularities, etc.
Feedback & supportBefore making its recommendation on a restraining order, the Council may give directions to cure or waive any failure to comply with any provision of these Regulations. (2) However, a recommendation on a restraining order is not invalidated by any failure to comply with any provision of these Regulations.
The chairperson may at any time correct a clerical mistake in any document recording any direction or proceedings under these Regulations.
Subregulation 1
