75. Members of Pilotage Committee to act as assessors in proceedings
Feedback & supportA Magistrate’s Court or a District Court may, if it thinks fit, call upon 2 members of the Pilotage Committee to sit with it as assessors in any proceedings affecting authorised pilots under this Act or the regulations.
