90. Exclusion of liability of Authority
Feedback & supportDespite the grant of any public licence, the Authority shall not be liable in any circumstances for any injury, loss, damage or cost sustained by any person as a result of any default, negligence, breach or other wrongful act or omission of any public licensee or any agent or employee of the licensee.
