Section 41
Any person who knowingly or recklessly —
(a)
makes a statement that is false or misleading in a material particular in respect of any application for approval as an approved provider; or
(b)
gives to the Minister or any authorised officer exercising a power or performing a duty or function under this Act any information, or any document or record that contains information, that is false or misleading in a material particular,shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
