Secretariat of the Disciplinary Commission
There is to be a Secretariat of the Disciplinary Commission, comprising one or more public officers appointed by the Minister, whose function is to provide administrative and secretariat support and assistance, to the Disciplinary Commission in the carrying out of the Disciplinary Commission’s functions.
