Regulation 32
Records to be kept by Disciplinary Commission
For the purposes of section 57(2)(d) of the Act, the Disciplinary Commission must maintain a register of every individual who is a member of the Complaints Panel or a Health Committee and the following information in relation to each of those individuals in the register:
(a)
the qualifications of the individual;
(b)
the training attended by the individual for the purposes of discharging the individual’s duties as a member of the Complaints Panel or a Health Committee, as the case may be.
