Section 76

(1)

The Medicines (Advertisement and Sale) Act 1955 and the Sale of Drugs Act 1914 are repealed and any subsidiary legislation made under those Acts are revoked.

(2)

The Poisons Act 1938 is amended in the manner set out in the Second Schedule.
