Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Mental Capacity (Public Guardian Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 May 2026.

Citation and commencement
These Regulations are the Mental Capacity (Public Guardian Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into operation on 1 May 2026.
Amendment of Schedule
In the Mental Capacity (Public Guardian Fees) Regulations 2010 (G.N. No. S 106/2010), in the Schedule —
in item 1(b), in the second column, replace “$185” with “$30”; and
replace items 2 and 3 with — “2.For an application to register a lasting power of attorney executed by a permanent resident of Singapore $30 3.For an application to register a lasting power of attorney executed by a person who is not a Singapore citizen or permanent resident of Singapore $160”.
