Section 172

All pilgrims travelling on a pilgrim ship shall be under an obligation to submit to vaccination when the medical officer considers vaccination to be desirable; and any pilgrim who refuses to submit to vaccination when so required shall be liable to be detained in the ship’s hospital.[189
