Inspection of Singapore ships

Section 234
(1)
A surveyor of ships may inspect any Singapore ship for the purpose of seeing that the load line provisions have been complied with in respect of that ship.
(2)
For the purposes of any such inspection any such surveyor shall have all the powers of an inspector under this Act.[254
