Section 306

Where a dispute relating to salvage has been determined by a District Court, any party aggrieved by the decision may appeal therefrom in accordance with the Rules of the Supreme Court to the Court of Appeal, but no such appeal shall be allowed unless the sum in dispute exceeds $500.[328
