29. Disposal of things forfeited

All things which are forfeited to the Government under this Act are to be disposed of in such manner as the Minister thinks fit.
(2)
The Minister may, in his or her discretion and after any proceedings under this Act are concluded, entertain and give effect to any claim to or in respect of anything which has been forfeited to the Government.
