Regulation 11

The Review Committee of an approved institution shall consider or review the case of every inmate on his suitability for employment, participation in any educational or occupational training programmes or any activity as part of his treatment and rehabilitation, and shall make its recommendations to the Superintendent of an approved institution accordingly.
