Regulation 14

Inmate to pay for food

Subregulation 1

The Superintendent of an approved institution may require an inmate who is in receipt of any remuneration to pay for the food he consumes at the approved institution.

Subregulation 2

The rate of payment for the food consumed shall be determined by the Superintendent from time to time.
