Regulation 27

Any person who contravenes or fails to comply with any of the provisions of these Regulations shall be guilty of an offence and, if no specific penalty has been provided for the offence, shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
