before the definition of “Chief Executive of the Health Sciences Authority”, insert —“ “approved urine specimen handling machine” means a machine approved by the Director to carry out the function of handling urine specimens;“approved urine specimen labelling machine” means a machine approved by the Director to carry out the function of labelling bottles and test tubes used to process urine specimens;“approved urine specimen sealing machine” means a machine approved by the Director to carry out the function of sealing urine specimens;”;

delete the definition of “Chief Executive Officer of the DSO National Laboratories”; and

in the definition of “enforcement officer”, replace “Misuse of Drugs (Approved Institutions and Treatment and Rehabilitation) Regulations (Rg 3)” with “Misuse of Drugs (Approved Institutions, Medical Observation and Treatment and Rehabilitation) Regulations (Rg 3)”.
