Repayment instalments and intervals

Subregulation 1

Every contract for a loan must provide for the payment of equal instalments at equal intervals of time.

Paragraph (1) does not apply to any of the following loans:

(a)

any revolving credit loan;

(b)

any secured loan;

(c)

any business loan.
