Principal place of business
Subregulation 1
An applicant for the issue of a licence which intends to conduct its business of moneylending at 2 or more places of business must, when applying to the Registrar under section 11 of the Act for approval of the places of business for moneylending, notify the Registrar in writing which of those places will be its principal place of business.
Subregulation 2
A licensee which intends to conduct its business of moneylending at any place of business in addition to any place or places of business already approved under section 11 of the Act must, when applying to the Registrar under that section for approval of the additional place of business for moneylending, notify the Registrar in writing which of those places will be its principal place of business.
Subregulation 3
A licensee which intends to change its principal place of business for the conduct of its business of moneylending must notify the Registrar in writing of this before carrying out the change.
